My arm ache badly and is pretty stiff any thinking?

Hi my whole arm ache right down to my wrist and kills when i move it etc.any philosophy what it could be? Ive taken ibuprofen but its not shifted it

its probably newly the way you be lying on it. providing you have throbbing no where else it will reduce. you can take paracetamol contained by between your ibuprofen if the pain is unpromising. take 2 of respectively alternatively every 2 hours.

You probably lately tore a muscle, my arms are really weak and when ever i do something that involves using my arm muscles I usually run out up tearing a muscle.. Hurt my arm final night trying to hold my body up using my arms one and only lol pretty stupid. But what i do to help get hold of rid of the pain is to try and move your mitt up and down then rest it.. and i usually after 3 or so minutes forget more or less the pain

you never described the niggle if its a pins and neadles sort of pain it could be brass neck related if its just ache its more than likely to be musles or tendons.
