It could be heart burn, sore or really bad indigestion. Take some Mylanta and follow it beside a glass of milk and rob some deep breaths. Or try some gaviscon or Tums. Try to avoid sharp and overly spicy foods and drink plenty of water. If the torment continues, see your Dr. You may need to achieve some prescription medication like Tagamet or the resembling.
Don't lay down flat, try and elevate yourself slightly so as to stop any acid(if it is acid reflux) from creeping back into the oesophagus from the stomach.

Well, it sounds resembling you've got an tart problem. Have you tried taking Prilosec?Possible acid reflux, you should see your doctor and catch it checked. If left unchecked, it can burn your esophagus and wreckage it permanently. Lay bad any spicey foods. Go for bland foods and see if that helps within the meantime. But do see a doctor.
Sounds like you may hold heartburn. Does the pain go down after you eat a banquet or have a soda? If so, afterwards it could definately be heartburn which is triggered by dairy products, caffeine, chocolate, fatty foods, foods high contained by salt, alcohol, and smoking.
