Stingy Rash??
The thing roughly speaking this rash is that it doesn't simply itch, it burns! Sometimes, I'll get stinging anguish with it, resembling little needles poking right through the skin. It's insane, and nothing seem to help. I've tried calamine lotion, Benadryl, triple antibiotics, alchohol wipe, and Aveeno anti itch. All things that I've had dutiful luck with within the past but not this time.
So, I'm wondering ~ what on top soil could this be?

Well, it sounds like it could be Shingles. How ancient are you? Shingles is usually seen surrounded by older family (40 and up), but can be seen surrounded by younger adults (20 and up).
If you lived in Texas, I would ask if you have red ants in your clothes, but usually you discern them "bite".
Shingles produce a stinging pain, and an itch, and can become especially bothersome.
This rash may be zilch serious, but I suggest you see your physician. If nothing you tried help the pain, later you will need something prescription strength. If it is shingles, you doctor will probably prescribe something to carry rid of the shingles, but will give you some aching medication to get you through until they are gone.
Good Luck, hope it go away soon.
Sleep is awesome but only if you can sleep...?
Sounds close to you have chafing from the denim self too tight. Use vaseline and wear very loose pant until it heals/.It might be rub burns almost blisters. Try some aloe vera blue not green because the blue one numbs too. Then if they don't heal after a week, I would stir to the doctors. Also don't wear anything tight for a while because it would just bring in them worse. If I was you, I wouldn't wear those jeans again(no situation how cute they look...haha!)
It seems similar to it could be poison ivy, which can be transferred to you from the feet of a bug that get on you. They land on it,consequently land on you. It happen to me when I was a kid.
