That your symptoms have gone on for 3 weeks suggest it might not be a cold. If you don't hold a fever that usually accompany a cold, then you might be have an allergic reaction to pollen. Even if you own not had any allergy earlier, does not mean you can't hold an allergic reaction today.
If you can not see, or don't aspiration to see your Doctor, at least try one of the over the counter anti-allergens. They all contain just about the same article (anti-histimines) that will dry your sinuses. The reason you're coughing, and loosing your voice is because of the histimines that are draining from your sinuses into your throat.
What is the medical condition where a person falls asleep hysterically?
drink orange next to tomato juice,,drink heat water near honey and lemon ( a lot). don't eat food that cooked near oil.
Could be Laryngytis a throat infection wich can individual be treated with antibiotics.
