Hip replacement.. hips are really stiff?

i am 19yrs old and hold had two hip replacements, my right when i be 15 and my left when i be 16... everything has be great... just just now i have be experiencing some pain contained by my hips.. kinda stiffness... and i have stress fractures contained by my thighs bc of the replacements.. what could be causing the stiffness... are near any exercises i can do to make it step away? all of your assistance is appreciated thanks!! Is this lice or dandruff?

There are several things that could be cause your pain and stiffness. Your subsequent move should be to see your doctor (surgeon) and have things checked out. Don't try to self-treat next to exercises. Some of the things that could be causing your discomfort will not be resolved near exercises alone.
See your surgeon.

Are peeing and shitting mutually exclusive?

I would definately direct these questions to your Dr. as these should not be answered by any ole lay entity. I am a nurse and I'm not comfortable answering this question!
