I don't know what to do. The right shoulder blade hurts on the left side. It singular hurts when I move my arm in confident positions and especially when I move my head to the right. I tried rime and Tylenol, but it didn't work. Help?

You enjoy a spasm in any the levator scapulae or trapezius muscle. Try doing some stretches of those muscles (look on google images if you dont know any) Hold respectively stretch 30 seconds and do it 2-3 times at tiniest once a day. If that doesnt help out over the next 3-4 days next you may want to find a massage psychiatric therapist or physical therapist to work on the releasing the muscle.
