Did I just broke my 2 yr hoary eardrum?

I was cleaning his ear beside q-tip and he moved then the q-tip go a little too gaping and after a few seconds he have a little blood. Is that a symptom of perforation of the eardrum membrane and will he loose his audible range?

Don't reckon you will have broken his ear drum but carry him to a doctor ASAP. if his ear is bleeding at all afterwards there is a problem. May be zilch but it may need medical treatment.

First of all you are not supposed to verbs a child's ears out. If the paediatrician See's that the wax in the ear is or can inflict a problem they will remove it. Your child will probably be fine if it was merely a small amount of blood like on the q-tip. Is he acting fine? You should probably appointment the paediatrician on call and ask them up to that time you do anything else. They will call you rear and tell you if they dream up your child should be seen

what make you feel really hygienic ?

1)since I'm an RN and I work in pediatrics, I would significantly suggest going to the ER or some type of urgent care center

Yes that is a sign of a broken ear drum. I would be in motion to the doctor asap. The broken ear drum should heal, and some audible range loss is possible, but it should heal and be fine.
