Abdominal headache mid-lower right side?

Female, 17 yrs old have been have pains for about 2 yrs on and past its sell-by date. Sharp pains on side right of the naval. At times, no pain but tender when touched. Occasionally nausea during pain, mostly when pain is severe. No fever occurances, nor dull pain intensity when bending or lifting. If anyone has an perception what this is please tell me. Also first advise on how much possible hospital costs could be involved.

Gallbladder, gallbladder, gallbladder...bring back it checked. And not just an ultrasound, ask for a HIDA-scan. Not sure on costs. The gallbladder malfunctioning seem like such a small entry (and it can be a really easy diagnosis/fix). But, it can also win missed and cause lots of severe aching and damage over time. For me it did, and the situation you describe sounds similar. When I be almost 19 I started having sharp, searing misery in the mid-upper right side of my belly (belly button to rib line or so), along beside nausea and vomitting periodically. Over the next couple of years the pain/nausea increased in severity and frequency, and over time it simply wasn't intermittent anymore. A very enormously long story made short(er)...after years of misdiagnoses, I finally convinced a Dr to check my gallbladder again (it'd been ruled out vastly early on due to my age, size, need of children and a 'clear' ultrasound). The good report was that they be able to diagnose the issue from a HIDA scan, and after remove my gallbladder fairly smoothly shortly after the test (I be 22 by then). Unfortunately, in my situation I be left near permanent guts damage, cause chronic pain within essentially the same nouns (the nerves basically get "burned out and stuck on 'on'"). I'm 28 now, and only had a Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted (it's helping, yay!). So, maintain on the Dr's to help you find out what's going on. Had I be able to enjoy, or even knew more or less, the HIDA-scan earlier, the artificial nerves may not have be damaged. It's worth it, and required, to be over-eager when it comes to your health (especially as a youthful woman who "shouldn't be sick").

Appendicitis is doubtful since the backache is ongoing for two years and you dont have backache with bending or lifting

The question you need to ask are does the aching occur after you chomp through? or is it associated with ur spell? Is the alleviated with anything? Does it achieve better or worse after you eat? Do you drink? Do you clutch birth control? Vomiting? Constipation?

It would be advisable to see you family doctor first so he can determine what is going on. Hospital costs could be anything, but first you necessitate someone to see you such as your family doctor.
