Terrible posterior pains.?

Continuous ache, it hurts to rob a deep breathe, I hold been have other back ache, but none this bad. I am not sure what it is, i know i should agree to a doctor, but i dont know who to talk to them roughly speaking. It is centered around the middle of my back, from my shoulder blades, to my small of my rear and out to my sides. Now i dont wana hear any shouts telling me to budge to the hospital, or any screaming of how horrible it is and ranting. i would like genuine facts, and logical sense. its 8pm for me my local doctor is gone, and the hospital around here is usualy very busy. im afraid though it could be a trapped rudeness or pressure on a disk.
