Bike crash stunted growth?

When I was going on for 12 I had a bike crash and land on pavement on my right elbow. A big chunk of skin got scraped bad the outside my elbow and somehow a chunk got scraped stale the other side too (but a smaller one). In the emergency room they poked it and asked if it hurt to see if i fractured it, but I couldn't tell if the spasm was from the wound or the bone. So they never put a sort on it. It healed but whenever I would stress my arms (like weight-lifting and pole-vaulting) my right elbow would other hurt. I'm 19 now and my right arm is a in the region of 3/4 of an inch shorter than my left. My shoulders are imbalanced (the left one is other higher) I think because my body tries to compensate for the difference surrounded by arm length. Did the bike crash cause this? And what can I do just about it?

PS: However my right leg is longer than my left.

It is commonplace to have one side of our body's differ from the other.In women it can be one breast larger or one foot bigger than the other.In men it tends to be arms and legs , as in good health as hands and foot.Some people even hold one ear or eye larger than the other.I don't believe it is from the crash just personality and genes.I'll bet your dad or granddad had one arm longer also.Usually it is the prominate side.The one you use most-if your right hand it is probably your right side that is larger.
