Severe knee anguish plus possible fever, please serve me?

my knee is cause me extreme pain, i own rheumatoid arthritis and i am currently taking medicine for it, but specifically for my left knees. i woke up 3 days ago and my right knee is massacre me. It really only hurts when i put pressure on it. it is swollen up pretty right and the pain go all the track down my lower leg. my right calf is also 1 inch bigger than my left. I am also somewhat breaking a restlessness i think, i initiate to sweat for no reason and pretty impossible. i just started taking some antibiotics today. i own diabetes and quit taking my medicine for 6 days due to removal of time to get it refill. although i cant imagine this have anything to do with my knees. I plan on seeing the dr. monday, but would really like to hear what design you might have. gratefulness for you help. im 45, mannish, if that matters. thanks

I'm not sure if my diagnosis is correct, but you could have lyme disease. Lyme disease cause joint pains, and fever. Check for a tick bite. I hope this helps.
