What's a good swift relief for muscle strain?
I do a martial art call kendo once a week, which puts a lot of work on your calves, so I own pretty firm calf muscles. But I went on time off and missed 3 weeks, and the practice immediately after I get back be a pretty strenuous one. I stretched well, and didn't cogitate it was that doomed to failure, but the morning after, my calves hurt terribly. I don't expect I pulled anything, but they feel really sore, and whenever I shift my immensity to the front of my feet, or anywhere forward of my heels, it's really prickly. If I try to massage them, or even put slight pressure on them, it hurts. It's be two days and they're getting a little better, but I don't focus at this rate they'll be better in time for the subsequent practice. Any quick remedy suggestions? (I'm within my teens, so I doubt it'll have remaining effects.)
Answer:
I'd say aloud a nice hot bath near epsom salts. Whenever I run cross country and all parts of my legs and ankles become sore I always have them after school. Also listen to music while you do this is very relaxing.
