i other get that when i'm stressed, its particularly uncomfortable because you try to progress to sleep and you cant because it hurts what i do is take a shower drink milk and filch pain pills 3 ... that relaxes me and usually consumption makes me touch better. if you smoke stop smoking for a couple days... and try to drink lots of orange liquid. that helps me plentifully!
