What type of knees injury does this sound similar to?

On Saturday I fell real complex on my right knee. It swelled up for a moment and left a small bruise. However I could still stride normally. Now the bruise is almost 3" surrounded by diameter and I have some niggle after walking for a while and I still can't kneel lacking immense pain. Is this lately a bruise or should I see a doctor. The fall be from about 4'.

I suffer from severe agony due to a bulging disk. Can Traction treat and push the disk back into place?

It sounds resembling it's just a bruise - kneel on a bruise will hurt just close to poking one would. However, with the fall over being from 4 foot it could be more than a bruise. As of right now I wouldn't verbs too much about it, do a few things:

1.) Ice, Ice, and more Ice
2.) Rest your knee
3.) Elevate your knee on pillows, chairs, or stools
3.) Wrap it in an ace ice pack if you have one handy
4.) Take motrin or tylenol for pain

After a morning or so if you're still have problems, experience more severe cramp, or more swelling get yourself to a doctor.

Chances are you just own a hemarthrosis (blood in the communal capsule), in which valise a little rime and compression might have save you some difficulties, but more significant injuries are possible, and if the effusion continues to expand and is really painful, your doctor could poke a nice overweight needle surrounded by it to relieve some of the pressure. Could be worth checking out.

You should see a doctor except better in in the region of a week. Being that you fell its less feasible that you tore something, but if you think it is a fracutre, after you need to own it xrayd.
