It might not be that he refused; he may not hold been properly trained to put a alien cast on you (unlikely, but possible), or in that may have be legal or insurance conflicts since he isn't your usual doctor. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that he was right to hold off the loose strike; a loose cast won't do much for you and could lead to skin problems. Until you can see your original doctor, you may want to brand name a makeshift splint to keep your foot still so you don't accidentally hurt it.

Just try not to move your foot in the meantime. Odds are pious this fill-in doc doesn't know much about your baggage, or what kind of treatment plan your regular doc have for you. You may go to a pharmacy or wal-mart or somewhere and see if you can pick up a splint temporarily!does sleeping on concrete hurt your back?
In my experience a loose imprint can be more dangerous than no issue at all. I go for a week and a half near no cast on a broken arm and everything go fine, but when I got a pattern on it was to loose and in recent times a matter of days following the loose cast cause the break to be displaced. Before getting the cast I have a splint rap that I didn't wear because it itched to much, but in that whole time my arm be fine. When I got the imprint the swelling went down and loosened up the type. One day while I be sitting there playing xbox(hard to do near a cast) I moved my arm and felt a horrible throbbing and the bone move. Maybe not being surrounded by a cast is contained by your best interest.im having sleeping problems i cant plunge asleep until im totally wore out?
Sometimes doctors put on cast for crazy reason and this doctor may not have thought that you needed the style in the first place. It newly depends on your injury, if you have something close to a fractured foot - these don't always stipulation a cast and you can basically wear a hard sole shoe. If you have the cast for an ankle sprain, consequently you really shouldn't have a pattern. All doctors are different and that 2nd doctor that you saw probably did not think you needed it which is not a big do business. You should be lucky to not have a stereotype.More Questions & Answers...
