Gradually start going to bed for a moment earlier every couple night. If you've been staying up slowly ever night, you're body have become accustomed to the exotic sleep routine. You just have need of to coax it back into the feeble one. Also try getting up a little faster in the morning too.
Try taking a thaw shower before you step to bed it usually does the trick. Good Luck
Have you tried Melatonin... it's naturally occuring in your body and might really comfort. Its safe and have worked for me in times gone by.

I used to own my kids start around now, and dance to bed 10-15 minutes earlier every darkness, until school started.It may help to go and get up and to go to bed at a given hour. If it doesn't work start setting both times faster by about 10-15 minutes every 2 or 3 days. you might try working out,walking or exercising around 4 or 5 hours before time for bed, bring a warm shower. One article you could try is melatonin. I also find that drinking a cup of warm milk formerly I go to bed help a lot. Warmed wet can work too. Perhaps read a bit? You could try lavender oil. This is apposite in a heat up bath in the past retiring and can also be put on the pillow. A warm, caffeine free, drink is virtuous and avoid reading, exercise and TV for at least partially an hour before you want to step to sleep as this are brain stimulants.Have you had a fruitless experience using honey for a burn?
I soak in a warm tub near lavender or eucalytus. Then if I'm still not tired enough I variety what my daddy made me when I was little. I thaw out up some milk with a touch butter & pour it over toast. Or occassionally I'll make for a time warm cocoa.Then I focus my mind on something mind numbing approaching watching fan blades stir around or a lava lamp bubble up & down.
You can also buy summer flannel pajamas to put on after the hip bath soak so you can get adjectives cozy. Make sure the room isn't too hot or cold.
If after a half hour or so you still can't sleep carry up & walk around a moment or two or read a book. Don't lay there and toss and turn. That purely makes it worse.
Another friend have a secret that help her on really bad night to sleep. She closes her eyes & begins praying for everyone she care about. Next item you know it's morning & she's waking up.
Another trick is seize comfortable, close your eyes & think something like each chunk of your body from the toes up concentrating on relaxing each part of the pack before moving to the subsequent. This helps alot too.

I would get up early and be more active throughout the daytime. Also, try to avoid those amazing summer naps, so you'll truly be tired when you want to be.
