Breathing take precedence over any injury including spinal injury.
If unconscious and breathing the martyr must be put on to their side (lateral/recovery position). Taking care not to bend or verbs the spine and neck. Have someone assist you to roll the sufferer into lateral/recovery position, with you supporting the manager and neck, near a lateral head clamp. Turning the martyr on your count not the person helping.
If the airways hold become completely blocked, and the victim is knocked out, you will need to verbs CPR immediately. Because they are contained by respiratory arrest.
As for a conscious victim who is strapped to a spinal board, you will necessitate to be keep them become quiet, encourage them to cough. It have been some time since I did my ending Lifeguard qualifications update, so this may division have changed.

its always duration over limb.so for concious you would any do chest compressions if they are laying down (if they hold a spinal then they will probably be on a backboardand if they are unconcious you do impossible to tell apart (both adult and child)
Infant you would do the spinal column blows and two finger compressions
so yeah you treat the choking not the spinal
