Rgg, I cant sleep, get any ideas on what I should do to trickle asleep?!?!?

I have to rouse up at 7 in the morning to run adn I cant sleep, what shoudl I do?!?!?!

Try some warm milk. It's soothing and nearby is also some chemical in it that is to say supposed to relax you. Not like doped up, sleeping-pill relax unquestionably, but you may as well try. Helps me sometimes. And call for for a lullby, haha, I would! That's a nice answer he gave you near.

Clear your mind of everything and anything (and i mean it)...and you'll trip up asleep gradually as long as you hold it blank.

Do you own any books on tape or compact disc? I find listening to a story and focusing with the sole purpose on that will help me decline asleep.

Also, you could try reading a book, just not something suspenseful.
