There's a slight chance it might be clots, but it's scarce that you get clots contained by the same spot on respectively leg at the same time.
You may enjoy some circulation problems that are making it hurt, it could be a neurological problem, or you may just hold a really sensitive pressure point.
There are certain points on the body that, if pressed correctly, can hurt so defectively it can bring a person to their knees.
If it singular hurts when you push it, it's probably nothing to be too worried in the region of.
