I want to reduce my sleep so please serve?


i wanted to use up my sleep to 2 hours a day
so is within any way i caneduce my sleep

There's this assumption (polyphasic sleep!) where you help yourself to tiny 30 minute (or maybe it's 15 minute?) nap spaced throughout the day, equaling in the region of two hours... supposedly, after a while, you're body can handle it. One of my classmates at college tried it for a project; he said he feel great, and he was really excited something like it, but I believe after the end of the experiment, he go back to (well, kinda) regular sleeping patterns.

But - I go through high institution on pretty seriously reduced sleep (a looooot of NoDoz) and by the end I grew awfully sick. The sickness have stuck around; who knows, perchance it's totally unrelated, but - it could be the stress broke me down. I think they've proven sleep-deprivation make you more prone to heart attacks - and it definitely raise your cortisol, messes with concentration, lots of bleak stuff.

I know what you mean though - what if we could newly eliminate sleep? Or cut it down so we didn't dissipate time, but still got to soak up it? I wish.

Oh! One more piece - there be some narcolepsy drug, I believe, that allowed normal general public to get by on subsequent to nothing. Sorry I don't own any details! I know it's definitely not available, though - we don't really take sleep very powerfully, so it seems erudite not to mess with it on the other hand. Don't want to start getting brain tumors or something.

It's easy to return with that amount of sleep.. just rouse yourself up, use an alarm, whatever.
But, your body wishes a full 8 hours a night to function properly, so it's not a upright idea.
Eventually, your body will a short time ago shut down.

Has anyone ever cracked or broken a rib or the sternum?

Why do you imagine you can get hold of along on 2 hours sleep. Whether you need a full 8 hours or can carry along with 6 or 7 would depend on your body. If you organize to drug yourself into keeping awake for 22 hours at a stretch (or take partly hour cat naps 4 times a day) little by little you will be carrying your own waste products and will dwindle and less decisive and more damaging and mistake prone. Silly
