Lump on the right side of my nouns?

About 3 days ago I found a lump on the right side of my neck, right below my quill. It's not big and noticable, and it doesn't move around when i roll my fingers around it. It also doesn't hurt when I touch it. I don't know if it's becuase of my hair, becase it's be itching for the past 5 days. But I don't muse it's lice.

I would consult a physician merely to be sure. A lump could be anything and if it's been near a while, I'd ask about it. If it is intensely small and is not fixed to your skin, it could be a lipoma (benign/harmless fat deposit) These compass in size from .5" to 1.5". They are painless. It also could be cyst. But a cyst is usually occupied with a fluid.
