Low platelets ands painful joint?

I have low blood platelets and really sore and painful joint. I can't bend my wrist backwards because of the pain. It feel like a cyst is surrounded by there. My ankles are swollen and prickly also. It just seem like my bones hurt really discouraging all over. I'm solely 24 and have a daughter. I ponder I'm too young for adjectives of these problems. Has anyone else experienced these same symptoms and what was the diagnosis. I know every body ache some, but this gets worse and worse. My platelets self low worries me too. Just wondering if anyone had one and the same thing and have a diagnosis?
