This is what help me when I had problems ( or do)
1. cut out caffeine from your diet.

2. don't put away after 9:00 pm, water only

3. Don't lay within bed for more than 30 minutes and not have fall asleep, get up, do something physical and don't construe about sleep.

4. Go to bed like peas in a pod time every night, even weekends and rouse up the same time every morning, even weekends.

Give yourself a couple weeks to gain into a routine with doesn`t matter what changes you trademark and be consistent!
