How can I prepare my body for staying awake all night?

I entail to stay awake all dark and do not want to be extremely tired the next sunshine. What can I do a few days before pulling the adjectives nighter?

I plan on sleeping extra the day back I need to stay awake for the entire hours of darkness, but is there anything extra that I can do?

I do not want to be useless the subsequent day and indeed don't want to get sick. Thanks for your time and knowledge

Extra sleep the darkness before will be polite and I suggest munchies(chips and candies), water, and caffeine( coke or chocolate). A continuous stream of this will hold your body up, If you take a prescription you will crash, huge amounts of caffeine will also label you crash. If you want to stay even healthier munchies such as kid carrots and grapes are really virtuous too. good luck!

There are also pills you can appropriate. usually they are available at gas stations, but there are larger pack available at wal-mart. "Air Alert" is cheap and effective
