My husband be hurt with a knees injury, from work a year ago. How much will his settlement be?

He will need surgery, his attorney claims if he tell him he don't want surgery then he will double his settlement? Is this true?

My son hurt his ankle, the attorney told him indistinguishable thing. Well, come to find out he didn't win much more than what they would of offered, maybe smaller quantity. They say that he didn't obligation it that bad. So if I be him I get the surgery, unless he be like my son, afraid of person put to sleep.
