Is the thumb considered a finger?
I for wake up up from the anesthesia pretty quickly--within 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour, so a lot really does depend on the individual. I enjoy been told by anesthesiologists that I'm rock-hard to keep underneath. I've had 4 surgeries, and every time they told me I be hard to save down. I say an hour is a sheltered bet, but I remember from an earlier sound out you have a cyst on your wrist from an luck. However, the EFFECTS of the anesthesia stays with me for at lowest possible 2 weeks. I feel sluggish, tired, not mentally "sharp"--at little fuzzy. I sleep longer for a couple of weeks after surgery. You'll probably be on headache meds for a while and that may make you drowsy , too. Don't try to tough it out in need the pain meds. Unless you enjoy an addiction issue, take them as directed. I know they create smaller quantity stress and, therefore, support you heal faster.

It depends on the kindly of anesthetic that is used on you and the process your body handles it some can lift a few minutes and other a few hours its just how your body act to the drugs they give you.
