Chronic Ankle Pain?

I asked my doctor about ankle twinge that i've been have for about 5 years. I thought it be because of dancing. i quit (do to i didnt close to it not the pain) and it still continued.
My doctor told me that it was malaligned (sp?) and that virtuous sneakers would help...

very well they didnt... so what should i do? how can i reallign them? i dont care roughly speaking how painful it might be to reallign them i of late want the constant pain to stop.

What should i do? hold you ever had experince similar to this??

I've have ankle pain that orthopedics said triple fusion surgery would correct. Thank God, I didn't listen. It basically slowed down by itself but, after my problem developed (a "twist"--that's the easiest way to put it in need writing an explanatory book to you)-- on an ankle that had suffered 4 previous sprains, I own to be careful how I turn. See an orthopedic surgeon (don't freak). It MAY SAVE an extra trip if you find one that specializes in surgery---not adjectives orthopedics do.

What would be my options?

orthodics. move about see a specialist and get them, fixed my fund problem.

i think orthotics may back. I had like peas in a pod problem, only i also walk on the inside of my feet and my foot completly flattened. The orthotics made a huge difference in how my ankles feel. I play volleyball, so it is really important. If your ankles are not doomed to failure enough to stop you from dance, no realigning should need to be done. Just a double act of sneakers with arch support and a [air of orthotics. I be also casted up past my ankle to try to reposition my foot for 2 weeks. that help so much! if you wrap the more severly hurting one in an ACE wrap, thay may help to!

I construe that a good duet of orthotics and good tennis shoes would be productive. If that doesn't work then you may want to agree to an orthopedic surgeon. They can realign the bones surgically. Good luck!
