I mull over I may be sleeping TOO MUCH...?
My friend (also a teenager) says that when she get more than 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night it make her more tired...
Is it possible that I'm getting too much sleep. And don't get me wrong it's really good ability sleep. I have no trouble sleeping and when I wake up up I feel really obedient... but then I'm sleepy again subsequently. I have low blood pressure, would this own anything to do with it?
O, and the intention that it bothers me that I sleep so much is because my days seem really short, this started give or take a few mid-way thru last university year and my life be get up, conservatory, come home, nap, Homework/dinner, bed no spear time for anything!
thankfulness : )

There are a couple of possible issues here. It's not clear if you're a young man or woman so you may still be growing and inevitability the rest. Also, since you seem to acquire sleepy after lunch, you should look at what you're eating-a higher protein (tuna, chicken, turkey, egg) and sophisticated complex carb (green leafy veggies etc) may help stave stale sleepiness rather than a simple carb base lunch like a sandwich on white bread and liquid or soft drinks which are loaded with sugar so you're up and next you crash.
Try keeping a diary for a month. Include what time you're going to bed, what you eat, how much exercise you bring back (that helps win the blood moving and increases energy level!) and how you feel respectively day. If you don't see a outline and feel better within about a month, you should consider seeing a doctor.
Hope that help!

Sleep is in reality good for the human body, and I've never hear of sleeping too much. It's usually people that don't go and get enough sleep that enjoy all the problems. But stress/depression cause people to sleep more, so do you enjoy something on your mind? If not, then I'm sure it's faultlessly normal. You're 16, you're still growing, and your body wishes rest. I was within the same situation you're within. Only recently hold I realized lately how bad this is for our condition. I learned it's not that you're other tired, but your body has settle in to knowing that by 1pm, it's time for sleep again. And it automatically begins gearing up for shut down time. That's the tiredness you're attitude. BUT THIS IS AN UNHEALTHY HABIT. You need to wane yourself past its sell-by date of it.Try staying awake instead of heading to your bed around 1 when fatigue starts setting in. Go outside for a walk and bring a case of healthy munchies so you can drink while you're walking. This way your body's systems go and get preoccupied with circulation and digestion. When you come rear inside, don't watch TV or sit around. Do something involved in the house... speak with someone, play beside your little siblings, help cook dinner... anything approaching that. After that don't stay up late. Go to bed precipitate and wake up at an appropriate time. 9:30 pm - 8 am is fine. Hope this counsel helps!
