Actually steer clear of rime cream. Dairy products will produce phlem and actually produce your throat more uncomfortable. Stick to popsicles, italian rime, cold juice, river, gatorade, etc... When my boyfriend had his tonsils out, surrounded by addition to his prescription niggle meds, he also took liquid tylenol and put it within the fridge. It helped so much and feel nice and cool when he took it. I hope you feel better soon!
