Surgical press??

I just have otoplasty done about 3 days ago. The aching isnt the bother, but what is, is the itching and burning sensation. I do have a to some extent large lint over my head, but thats not really cause me any discomfort. Has anyone else heard that when cuts or insitions treat, they itch? Thanks for any imput

ive have 3 surgeries on my stomach for sumthin and they all itched approaching crazy!! but dont itch it can leave scar or make it even worse

The itching sensation is ordinary as wounds start to heal. Not much you can do something like it.

Yes, wounds do itch when they start to treat. Have you tried putting Neosporin on the wound? Make sure you get a untried tube and do not let the gel become contaminated by touching it near your fingers. Put it on by using sterile cotton pads. The itching will take better in a few days, I know it's irritating!
