My husband just quit smoking, cold turkey, roughly speaking 6 days ago...he is acting really "goofy"! Making noises, just

acting silly at times. I never smoked so I am not sure. He go from about a pack a afternoon to nothing, and smoked for nearly 35 years! He seems enormously tired and sometimes distracted.

Not only withdrawals but also boredom and trying to find things to do to occupy his mind and hand. He has be doing everything he does in life days gone by 35 yrs smoking. Now he has to cram how to do them without a cigarette. People give attention to that the only dependence is the nicotine but its so much more than that! Everyone has little routines they do every year like when getting equipped for work, after dinner, driving in the car, conversation on the phone etc. Smoking a cigarette is part of adjectives those routines and so now he might get the impression like his in one piece world has be turned upside down trying to manage those chore without the smoking

She would start laughing.I anticipate just lose her mind laughing for no root. I was of late happy she wasn't b*tchy resembling how some people catch. But yeah, I think it's get to be some kind of chemical allergic reaction in their brain that be pent up for so many years. Who know?
