CVS Bad customer service!?
Last night, at around 11:10p.m., I go to a CVS pharmacy and asked the pharmacist to assist me in getting a pills for a series of prescriptions. My insurance expired on July 31st and we only have about an hour to achieve the medicine on the insurance. To my surprise, the pharmacist have a 'chip on her shoulder' and was unspeakably awful! To make a long story short, she terminated up insulting my nephew (who was beside me at the time, 12-year old) and myself. We ended up exchanging insults and she refuse to assist me while sh was assisgint other customers. Is nearby anything I can do to legally own CVS pay for this pills? The pharmacist purposedly kept us there for almost 30-40 minutes. I spoke to the organizer but he said there be nothing he could do but to complain to the leading CVS hotline. I had explained the pharmacist the insurance situation and she still refuse to serve us. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Call the hotline and if you get no results phone up one of those consumer hotlines. We have a tv station that does that. Check it within your town. That witch should be financially responsible. How mean of her knowing your insurance be expiring.

Definitely phone call the hotline and go along next to the previous suggestion...if you do not get enjoyment from them, you can get them some unpromising publicity from the media. There are also customer gratification sites online (such as epinions.com) that you can go to to voice your inference about the service you received.
