I had an injury to my eye a few years stern.?

I was shot near a nail gun, beside damage to the pupil. Now I enjoy this cascading color, and blurriness so I am wondering if this is something to verbs about. I know that I am sensitive to bright standard lamp, but this occured at night most only just. I was wondering if it could be fatigue, and is in attendance any exercises to "stretch" my eye?

You really shouldn't play with your eyes. Please see an eye specialist. There are no so-called stretches or anything else you can do beside your eyes.
