I was told by a doc I have arthritis now my alien doc says I don't enjoy it, Do I have a grip for malpractice?
Answers:
How can I obtain my body to stop aching?
There are so lots types of arthritis. People tend to generalize and put it in one category. You still may own it, but the med was wrong for you. My suggestion is another inference. I know it's aggravating to keep getting opinion, but as a nurse, I always gain 3 and take the 2 who say aloud the same. If adjectives 3 say something different, hang on to looking. What are some of your symptoms. I have rheumatoid arthritis, as okay as 2 other forms. You must be having a difficult time walking if you own arthritis in your hip. Please get hold of another opinion and I would really be interested in your symptoms. I could look it up in my medical books and see what they read out. It's up to you. I hope you feel better soon. I know your spasm.
So what did they articulate you have...Bursitis? Not unless the treatment cause you harm. Malpractice wouldn't be serious ample just because they withered your time. It the treatment damaged you later yes otherwise...not really. Malpractice is VERY difficult!
no!
Keep in mind, Doctors "practice". Medicine is not an exact science. What did a second feelings reveal? Many initial diagnoses are modified after they don't seem to be completely on the put pen to paper. Many of us are bent on suing these days. It is a ghastly drain on medical resources and financial cost to those that pay the price for better medical costs. There are things, like departure surgical instruments inside the body cavity after surgery or removing the wrong body part that would prompt a lawsuit, as you would expect.
