Severe lower abdominal pains?

I woke up this morning and felt sick for a short while and later it went so I thought zilch of it. I had a mundane bowel movement except for the colour- it was an orangy-red colour. About partially an hour later I get a severe pain surrounded by my lower abdomen a bit similar to a stitch and I couldnt move. The pain have settled a little but if I stand up it comes put a bet on severely and I cant move again. Any ideas what it is? I do not enjoy my period any and have not experienced this type of stomach-ache before.

I sure hope it is not kidney stones. I draw from them and the pain is other in my lower belly. To me, that's what it sounds like.
But, it could be anything from cysts on the ovaries, ectopic pregnancy or an STD..
