Is plantar fasciitis equal as 'flat foot'?

According to my previous question here at general-health-care.com s, abundant responded that my symptoms sound similar to plantar fasciitis. I had thought this as resourcefully originally, but my husband argues that plantar fasciitis is the same as self 'flat footed' and that I could not have developed this condition in a minute (I'm 29 years old). He says I would enjoy had this my complete life. So my press is this: is plantar fasciitis the same as anyone 'flat footed' and can a person develop plantar fasciitis seemingly out of the blue at age 29?

If solely it was the samre item. Plantar fascitiisis an inflammation inside the bottom of the foot. It hurts - really hurts when you put weight on it. The best treatment is sooooo simple - a shoe insert. The insert should be somewhat pad & have a piece of arched plastic. The plastic piece is essential. This works!! You can gain it anywhere.

I went thru orthopedics. wearing a moon boot to sleep in, steroid injections, anti-inflammatories, backache killers and so on. Then my wife get the shoe insert. Nine months of pain & limping be gone in roughly 1 week.

No it's not impossible to tell apart. According to yahoo health it is:

Im planning on getting my tongue pierced wuts the strain rating from 1 to 10 and how long dus that pain later?

No, plantar fascitis and flat feet are not duplicate. Plantar fascitis is the inflammation of the fascia on the bottom of the foot, which aside from pain would inflict a burning sensation. And, yes, it is possibe to develop flat feet (technically it would be "fall arches", as the term flat foot is used for those who never did develop an arch on their foot since childhood) at your age; one's arches could fall at any time. Arches tend to fall down for a variety of reason, such as wearing shoes which lack so-so arch support, gaining too much immensity too rapidly, walking barefoot (especially on even surfaces) repeatedly, or as a result of an injury, to name a few.
