My legs are really sore from dance. anyone know a approach to sooth soreness?

Drink water earlier and after and lots of it so that your muscles don't get tired similar to this. For the pain very soon I would get surrounded by the bath and sit nearby for a bit then once your out slowly stretch your legs out back bed. I used to get so sore after I get home from Dance Class tell I scholarly the hard route to drink water and lots of hose too. If you cant get into and out of the tub close to I did once stretch and lay down in bed and if you cant sleep any watch TV(if contained by your room) or read a good book. Make small moves tonight and within the morning you will feel worse so drink that wet before bed so your muscles can loosen up more previously the bigger pain contained by the morning.
