i have close to a needle phobia and when i turn to the docters i start to freak out when i have to go and get a shot..like how far does the syringe go contained by and will it hurt? also tell me how to be at ease plz

Do some weighty breathing. Also, ask the doctor if you can lie down for the shot, and afterwards face away from the plunger. It will be over before you know it.

My suggestion... when you do get a shot, close your eyes and filch a few deep breaths to try and hushed yourself. look away when you are getting the shot, and you won't be as anxious. Also, make sure your arm.. or where you get the shot is relaxed and not worried. The shot will be less prickly.

When you win a shot, it doesnt hurt at all when you find it, it may hurt a little after, but it only just feels close to you have a bruise. Also try not to constricted up your muscles when you get a shot, it might hurt more. Hope adjectives is well!!

Needles can be terrifying but they don't need to be. Only a few millimeteres of the the nozzle actually go in and it's merely a small sting, which is over in a few seconds. Tell the nurse/doctor that you are agitated and they will do their best to put you at ease. Take slow wide breathes and whatever you do don't look. I am usually fine next to needles as long as I don't look and the nurse at my local clinic knows this, but this year the Doctor have to give me my flu shot and he prepared the small device right contained by front on me and when he sore my tear fille eyes he said "You're not afraid of for a time needle are you." and I replied near "No, but I don't like looking." and next he did it real prompt and I didn't even feel it.
