Do I have an ingrown staple?

I have be practicing for football for a couple of days, and I'm wearing the same old-fashioned shoes from last year(I havn't even wash them). And just today I started getting toe pains in my middle toe, right foot. The solely visual item I notice is the tip of my toe is red. It hurts if any pressure is applied or if I bearing normally. What do I enjoy? Will a regular docter know what it is or will I have to travel to a podiatrist?

You can do that..or it could be the way the shoe is pressing up against your toe.. The tip of my middle toe have a blister on it from the toe rubbing against my shoe while running and after running it is extremely sore. I would buy new shoes conceivably your shoes are too small.

If the tip of your toe is red then it probably have nothing to do next to the toenail

I mull over the remedy to your toe pain would be to hold your feet measured and buy a larger size. Your foot probably grew since last year.

Possibilities:
1. Your foot got bigger.
2. The shoes shrunk since later year.
3. There is a dead mouse contained by your shoe.
4. Its a sign from God that you should go hindmost to syncronized swimming.

First try clipping the toe staple it might have grown and the shoe also might be too small in a minute and the toenail is pressing into your toe. Then you should purchase a larger shoe for better comfort, also more support
