Can a pilonidal cyst not be distinct??

very embarrassing, but i hold bump under my tailbone that hurts when i put pressure on it. i asked this a couple of times already and alot of citizens mentioned it being a cyst. although the dull pain matches that of a cyst, i see no noticeable traces of any type of weird skin merits in that nouns. i just wanna know what the hell is wrong near me and what to do (w/o going to the doc if at ALL possible) because i cant stand this pain.

Okay I had one of those when I be 15 and the only basis I ever saw it was finally it get so bad the skin turned red.
