It could be many things. A few that come to mind are.arthritis,the type of shoes you wear or a former injury. Maybe you should get an x-ray and whip it from there.
I hold problems like this and be told by the podiatrist that is be improper shoes not giving the right support and I hold SLE which effects muscles and joints.
