I wake up every hours of darkness at like 3:00 am. I can't drop back asleep. Any opinion what i should do?

That happen to me too. Try not to have coffee (if you drink it) after 10am. If thats not the casing, before 10pm, try to do some hustle and bustle to wear you out so your more likely to tip out asleep faster and stay asleep. If that doesn't work and you wake up at 3am again, next just beckon me!

Best way to alleviate my feet?

dont drink caffine for several hours earlier bed. and also dont eat formerly bedtime.

What Should I do??

Do you work out at all? It seem counterintuitive, but working out shortly before bed if truth be told improves sleep.
