foot pain contained by sole of foot near heel on the bottom?
My son's pediatrician once said we'd adjectives be better off minus a pillow. That's a pious question because one would judge that this would cause you nouns problems in the adjectives. I would try to find a special, smaller pillow that supports the neck nouns...that way it won't bother your breathing. Calling a local chiropractor near a question roughly speaking it might help too.

I'm no doctor, but here's what I remember about this issue. This used to be a big controversy fairly a while ago, like spinal column in the 70's. What I muse over from that debate was that within was medical evidence, NOT that it would hurt your subsidise or your neck to regularly sleep minus a pillow, but that it would be bad for your kidneys, of adjectives things.
Here's how it works. Your body needs the effect of gravity to save everything moving in the correct directions. This is also one of the worries with astronauts on long flights within weightlessness. When you put your team leader on a pillow at night, you are giving lately enough slant to your upper body that your kidneys procure all the gravity they inevitability to do their job properly. When you feign parallel to the floor, systaltic action keep things moving as they should, but the whole process is more well-run if you let gravity lend a hand out. Night after night of no slant doesn't supply your kidneys the small amount of help that they call for to do what they need to do.
One of the suggestions that be made at the time was, if you be definitely unwilling sleeping with a pillow, next you should put a brick (or something) under the legs at the cranium of your bed so that your body is still slanted in a downward direction from your come first to your feet. Like next to the pillow, it's not a big enough downhill slant to disturb your sleep or anything, but it does the brief.
