Ear. jaw and throat backache?

I am a twelve year old girl and I be swimming recently and while at the bottom of the eight foot part my left ear popped. and it hurt so much. i be almost crying. my parents told me that it would pop again soon and be ok. it took almost three days for it to pop. and now i enjoy intense pain contained by my left ear and the gone side of my throat everytime i swallow. my left cheek and tongue are also sore. what could be the problem?
