I don't know what I'm discussion about but I'm guessing regular massage wouldn't hurt. And maybe try calf stretches. Stand next to the front part of your foot on the limit of a step and lowering your heels. Also could try sitting with the fronts of you foot on a 2x4 and books on your knees and lower and raise your heels.
Getting a medical evaluation certainly wouldn't be a doomed to failure idea palpably, but don't see anything wrong with my accepted wisdom either.
