What could inflict sudden hip oint pain surrounded by a healthy 25 year weak?

I woke up from my nap, took a shower and have sudden hip joint headache now for yesteryear 5 hours.

It is intense...i have to alter my tramp to make me comfortable. It feel good to stretch it faultless ways, but it doesnt make it better.

Did I sleep on it wrong? I did nil traumatic to it today that I can think of...ust took a rest then a shower after OUCH!!

It feels approaching it is in the oint nouns on my left hip and the stretch feel good when i sort of verbs my leg backwards...i had to own my boyfriend help me near this!

Sometimes if I sleep on my side too long it can really clear my hip hurt. I bet that's what you did. Also if it's right before or during your length and you sleep on your side, it can really hurt. I have this take place from time to time.

You could have an overuse injury. Did you work out strenuously in the finishing day?

I passed out for a few second because not enough oxygen get to my brain how many brain cell did i lose?
