I surface a bit dizzy! What could it be?

Went out to breakfast this morning and had an omelette. I feel fine until i got home and i grain dizzy. What could be the causes of dizziness. Its not desperate i just surface dizzy and not quite myself. Its not easy to explain. What could be the cause.
