A cut on my leg what do i do ?

a week ago i went swimming in a creek near some friends and some how how i gashed my leg pretty fruitless without notice no pain nought kept swimming till i got out and feel dripping down my leg looked down and i had a virtuous inch deep cut i go home cleaned it up and sanitized it now it is pink adjectives around and constantly bleeding and puss coming out but the puss is green it is now pretty painful it hurts to touch it i am not comparatively sure as what to do i was wondering if anyone can present me advice
