I've never have one. But I'm only twelve.
But my dad have one last year.
He be on steroids for a bit but they didn't help him massively much.
He ended up have to have rear surgery and had to retire from the State Police.
Just find a apposite doctor and talk something like all the option that are available for your injury.

I also have two, but in my d¨Ścolletage. I took only Motrin, but that didn't support much. What really helped me be physical therapy. I go 3 times a week for a month. They gave me exercises to do every morning at home during that month and afterward. Surgery is usually reccommended. Sometimes physical psychoanalysis works. My 22-year-old daughter is scheduled to own surgery soon after all other option were ruled out.Has anyone experienced nocturnal calves spasm, no dull pain felt merely twitching?
Hi Jon..yes, i have herniated discs plus alot more. Get to a spine or backbone specialist and get an MRI and u might enjoy to go to a cramp clinic which i am in. I have scoliosis and have to have my lumber fused..NO FUN! So i am within chronic pain day after day and have to give somebody a lift alot of pain meds but i also bear alot of vits, supps and excersise as much as possible. GOOD LUCK!!!!!If theres a doctor out there please tell me what to do for this?
Not me, but my sister-in-law: surgical extirpation. (The premise is that the disc was tattered during childbirth and then ruptured when she put some stress on two months subsequently.) I remember she was not excited at adjectives to go for surgery, but when it be over she said she felt average again. She was within hospital for a week and it took her a little over a month to be "backbone to normal". Nine years and another pregnancy later she have not experienced any back problems since, but she still should avoid straining it, boundaries exercise to just swimming and get a massage every week.More Questions & Answers...
