I fractured my ankle 3 weeks ago what should i do to make it treat?

a well floating diet is best with plenty of dairy, sooner whole milk and cheese products. Really your body will treat at it's pace and you'll be amazed at the amount of bone formed between weeks 3 and 6. The bone is within it is just totally porus and will need lots of Calcium to steep in (acutually hydroxyappetite) so sort sure to eat you milk, veggies and meat. The calcuim surrounded by multivitamins is not absorbed worth a dang so brand sure it is in unbroken food products.
Increase your protein intake. Be sure the mulitvitamin you use each day is one that is in good health absorbed by your body. Research it online and if it isn't one that say it's well engrossed then adapt to one that is.

well it take our bones awhile to heal dont amble to much on it but do some phyical therapy resembling light ask your doctor to administer you some ankle exericises and maybe hot baths of putting it in a sauna.No exissive activty it will treat in time.Keep it elevated!!! I sprained mine ( a stratum 4) and they told me to keep it elevated above my heart and slowly rotate it to label it stronger. But don't do it to a certain extent. No strenuous commotion.
